THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Success Senior Manager for our Partner Success team in Mexico!

YOUR IMPACT

• Responsible for managing relationships in the area of gym affiliation, sports centers, and fitness studios with the mission of executing and achieving the established goals to build a quality network for our users.
• Identify new opportunities in the fitness market and potential growth drivers.
• Drive and maximize the affiliations of sports centers, generating profitable and healthy growth for the business.
• Manage expectations and overcome objections that may arise in relationships with internal and external clients.
• Execute monthly / quarterly development reports on the progress of the affiliation team.
• Work closely with the Client Sales, Client Success, and Activation teams to plan and execute expansion and coverage projects for our network.
• Establish and develop sales and performance goals, ensuring their achievement and progress.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
