A leading technology company is seeking a Partner Manager in Monterrey, Nuevo León to drive sales and develop strong partnerships. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in partner or channel management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Delivers sales volume and contributions based on profit plan for the assigned accounts on a quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Develops and executes the Fronius MX partner strategy. Take responsibility for the direct rollout of the distributor and partner strategy into the market.

  • Enables and motivates Partner account managers to grow, develop, and foster Fronius MX Partners.

  • Prepares for and participates in trade shows as well as marketing campaigns with the

  • National Sales Director and Marketing team.

  • Works with the National Sales Director and Marketing to develop and establish period, quarterly, and annual strategic initiatives for all Strategic Business Segments.

  • Analyzes and interprets account sales results and business trends to identify opportunities.

  • Develops strong relationships with our Partner Distribution at all levels (e.g., top management, key decision makers, advertising departments).

  • Develops and conducts all major presentations, program rollouts, internal product launches in conjunction with Marketing & Business Excellence.

  • Assumes responsibility for continually improving Partners engagement while improving margins.

  • Develops Account plans in CRM with Partner Account Managers to grow ideal distribution partners

Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5 – 7 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Management, Program Management, Sales, or Business Development.

  • Proven experience managing partner programs or distributor networks.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently, meet quarterly goals, and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Willingness to travel.
