We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to lead and grow our Paid Media business unit.

This role is ideal for someone who has deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing, with a strong analytical mindset and leadership capabilities.

As Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-performance digital advertising campaigns, ensuring maximum return on investment.

You will also explore new growth opportunities, drive innovation in Paid Media strategies, and interact directly with clients to present campaign performance and strategic optimizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-impact Paid Media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for performance and profitability, ensuring the highest ROAS and efficiency.
  • Hold regular client meetings to present campaign progress, optimizations, and key strategic recommendations.
  • Manage and allocate media budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency while meeting business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Lead Generation, Traffic, and Awareness campaigns, ensuring that each campaign aligns with the target audience and business goals.
  • Generate advanced reports and dashboards, incorporating strong data visualizations, key performance metrics, and trends analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Paid Media team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with other departments (content creation and client services) to align marketing efforts.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Explore programmatic and omnichannel advertising solutions to expand the agency's digital media capabilities.
Requirements
  • Active certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
  • Google Ads Search Certification
  • Google Ads Display Certification
  • Meta Certified Media Buying Professional
  • Meta Certified Media Planning Professional
  • Google Analytics 4 Certification
  • 5+ years of experience exclusively in Paid Media and Performance Marketing.
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Business Manager
  • Strong experience in Lead Generation, Traffic, and Awareness campaigns, with a track record of driving results at scale.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), audience segmentation, and advanced remarketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
  • Experience with automation, bidding strategies, and A / B testing to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong skills in data visualization and reporting, using platforms like Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Ability to manage and analyze large-scale advertising budgets.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience in attribution modeling and media mix optimization.
