Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Media Project Manager to own delivery of PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. You will manage campaign launches, SEO roadmaps, reporting, and the client relationship, keeping projects on time and on budget while informing clients and clearing internal blockers.

This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to completion. Remote option available for Latin America or South Africa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar).
• Calm under tight deadlines.

• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
