Forvia is seeking a Shopfloor Logistics Supervisor in San José Iturbide, Gto. You will manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping, ensure on-time customer delivery, and supply production lines while driving productivity and visual management.

You will collaborate with quality, production and engineering to keep the plant running smoothly. Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, experience in production or logistics, and strong leadership and English skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Experience in production or logistics in an industrial setting.
• English language required.
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems such as MRP, FIFO, and MPM.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the internal flow of pieces from receipt to shipping.
• Ensure customer delivery and production line supplies.
• Oversee logistics basics, visual management, equipment and human resources, and productivity gains.
• Lead team management and collaborate with quality, production, and engineering to optimize plant operations.
