Job summary

ELVTR is hiring Outbound Sales Representatives to convert professionals into ELVTR students. You will own the full sales cycle, closing for enrollments, starting conversations from zero and meeting KPI targets.

You’ll operate in a remote-first environment with global collaboration, earning a base plus commissions and performance bonuses, with uncapped earning potential.

We’re looking for Outbound Sales Representatives who get energy from picking up the phone, starting conversations from zero, and turning ambitious professionals into ELVTR students. We need true full-cycle B2C closers who can consistently deliver strong KPIs, take ownership of the entire sales process, confidently ask for the sale, handle objections, create urgency, and directly close for the payment.

What You'll Do

• Have a proven track record in outbound sales
