Flowserve Corporation is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead OEM projects in a dynamic, global setting. You will act as the primary customer contact, manage the project portfolio from PO receipt to cash collection, and ensure timely delivery within the defined scope and specifications.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering, PMP or equivalent, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with strong communication in English and Spanish. Travel about 15% is anticipated.

Formación

• B.S. degree in Engineering required, preferably Industrial or Mechanical.
• Project Management certifications (PMP or equivalent) highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong ability to manage complex situations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred technical knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related applications.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Availability to travel, approximately 15% of the time.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional project team members.
• Lead risk management activities throughout the project lifecycle, applying continuous improvement and Lessons Learned practices.
• Ensure proper management and completion of all project documentation.
