Suntory Global Spirits in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco, seeks a field operations supervisor to lead a crew of about 20 laborers and tractor drivers, ensuring activities follow safety and production standards and reporting to the Agave Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include safety talks, weekly planning, complete PPE, asset oversight, and field management from planting to harvest, with on-site supervision and logistics as needed.

Formación

• Education: Agronomist Engineering preferred.
• Experience: Two years in similar agricultural activities.
• Relocation, immigration, and tax support may vary per role requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise field activities according to standards and procedures.
• Lead safety talks before starting work.
• Fill required forms for the activity and weekly plan.
• Ensure PPE is complete and in good condition.
• Oversee assets such as machinery and implements.
• Manage from planting to harvest, including vehicle upkeep.
