Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials leader to manage the global financial systems portfolio. You will own solution architecture, drive enterprise-wide finance enterprise applications, and partner with Finance, Tax, and IT leaders to deliver scalable transformations.

The role requires 8+ years ERP experience, hands-on Fusion Cloud Financials, strong SQL skills, and expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of ERP experience focused on Financial Systems, Application Ownership, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Applications leadership.
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
• Proven participation in multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations as a Lead, Architect, or Functional Owner.
• Deep expertise across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory-related financial integrations.
• Advanced SQL capabilities and experience with Oracle reporting and analytics tools.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployments, change management, and production support.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and enterprise governance processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional lead and primary business applications partner for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related enterprise systems.
• Own solution architecture, configuration governance, platform stability, and application lifecycle management.
• Lead quarterly Oracle release readiness activities, including impact assessments, testing strategies, validation, and deployment.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable business solutions.
• Manage production support activities, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and service excellence processes.
• Oversee financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, and Subledger Accounting.
• Support global tax technology integrations, including indirect tax determination platforms.
• Drive Agile delivery practices, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and solution implementation through Jira.
• Lead testing efforts including CRP, SIT, UAT, training initiatives, and enterprise change management programs.
• Utilize SQL and Oracle reporting tools to support reconciliations, reporting accuracy, data validation, and process optimization.
