The Opex Analyst will play a key role in direct profit planning, reporting, and control across the region. This position is responsible for delivering world‑class Opex support within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, with a primary focus on Brazil. The role involves conducting detailed Opex analyses, interpreting actual results, and supporting forecasting activities— with special emphasis on inflation, productivity, and functional initiatives. The analyst will partner closely with the Market Unit (MU) operations and FP&A teams to provide accurate, timely information that supports decision‑making and ensures compliance with established Opex Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
