Greif is seeking an Operator Level I to join our manufacturing team in Cuernavaca. The role involves routine equipment operation, maintenance tasks, and basic quality checks on finished products. You will follow directions, adapt to different tasks, and support a safe, efficient production environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong communication and listening skills. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with colleagues

Responsabilidades

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment and prepare tools as assigned.
• Operate machinery following instructions and load/unload items on lines.
• Perform routine property care and non-technical tasks as needed.
• Support safety regulations and quality checks on finished products.
• Report issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment, maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt, ready or put away tools as assigned.
• Closely follows directions to operate machinery, hold or supply routine materials and tools, and load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Performs routine property care activities.
• Performs any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Routine quality checks on finished products.
• Reports any issues to supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge And Skills

• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
