A healthcare technology company is seeking an Operations Sr. Manager to lead global fulfillment operations and strategy as they expand internationally. The role involves developing fulfillment capabilities, launching new operations, and using data to improve efficiency. This position requires up to 50% travel both within the U.S. and internationally, offering a range of comprehensive benefits.
Dandy is transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry—an industry worth over $200B. Backed by some of the world’s leading venture capital firms, we’re on an ambitious mission to simplify and modernize every function of the dental practice through technology. As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the world—empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world‑class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
We're scaling fast, and we need an Operations Sr. Manager who thrives in complexity and moves with urgency. In this role, you'll be leading our global fulfillment operations, driving the strategy and execution required to efficiently scale as we expand within the U.S. market and as we tackle new, international markets. This role will define where and how we operate fulfillment capabilities as we expand internationally—whether through company‑owned facilities or third‑party partners—and lead the execution of those decisions end to end. This role requires someone who can evaluate build‑vs‑buy tradeoffs, stand up new operations (internal or external), and create the metrics and operating mechanisms needed to ensure reliable, efficient fulfillment at scale.
