A global leader in automation technology is seeking an experienced individual to lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and leadership skills are essential. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a diverse and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
