AFL Monterrey Plant is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations in Monterrey. The role requires strong leadership with at least 10 years in production, quality, planning or materials, plus deep knowledge of quality systems and ERP usage.

Primary responsibilities include meeting customer requirements, driving targets in cost, scrap, OTD and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Competitive benefits accompany this on-site role.

We are looking for talent for the position of Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

10 years and above experience in any operational area, such as production, quality, planning or materials.

• Complete understanding of quality systems.
• Experience using ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in problem solving, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and quality control.
• Extensive experience on production matters, in special, enough experience in dealing with direct personnel.

Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed customer(s) requirements.

Achieve or exceed operational targets, such as scrap, OTD, productivity & quality, without exceeding the expected manufacturing costs.

• Develop a continuous improvement culture.
• Define ramp up plans, when needed, and meet such plans in timely manner.
