Vertiv is seeking an Operations Finance Specialist to own costing data integrity, optimize inventory, and deliver financial insights to drive leadership decisions at the Monterrey plant. You will consolidate regional reports and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

You will collaborate across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to enable lean operations, manage budgeting and forecasting, and drive productivity improvements with data-driven insights.

• Minimum number 4 years of experience in Costing and Inventory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• English required

Responsabilidades

• Use data as a strategic lever by uncovering insights and opportunities that directly improve business. You won't just report numbers but tell the story behind them.
• Own the consolidation, creation, and continuous improvement of regional reports. You'll work with existing systems to make information clearer, faster, and easier for leadership to act on.
• You’ll be the trusted advisor to the business. You'll translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations that support smart, timely decisions.
• Actively collaborate across functions bridging Finance with Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to create a connected, transparent environment where better decisions happen naturally. Budget and Forecast are also part of your responsibilities and a tool to make this connection happen.
• You’ll be directly responsible for pulsing and driving inventory optimization, costing analysis, and productivity performance across the region. You'll own the analysis, identify trends, flag risks, and recommend actions that keep the operations running lean and smart. Leadership will count on your insights to make high-impact decisions.

POSITION SUMMARY

• The Operations Finance Specialist professional will own a critical role within the finance department, directly responsible for delivering accurate cost analysis, inventory optimization, and financial insights that drive leadership decisions and business outcomes. This role demands full accountability for costing data integrity, inventory control, and productivity improvements across the organization supporting the Monterrey plant.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Minimum number 4 years of experience in Costing and Inventory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• English required

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Master's degree or relevant certifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting financial data.
