Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) is seeking a Pricing Manager in Mexico with consulting experience to lead pricing initiatives across Latin America. You will develop pricing strategies, pricing structures, and value-based approaches for B2B markets in construction, FMCG, and energy sectors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and advanced English proficiency to coordinate with regional teams and clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Pricing Strategy and Pricing Structure with analytics and value-based pricing.
• Previous experience in a pricing consultancy firm is highly preferred.
• Solid background in B2B environments in Construction/Building Materials, FMCG, Oil & Gas, or related sectors.
• Regional experience managing pricing initiatives across multiple Latin American countries or markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into pricing recommendations.
• High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Pricing Strategy and Pricing Structure, with a strong technical understanding of pricing methodologies, analytics, and value-based pricing.
• Previous experience in a pricing consultancy firm is highly preferred.
• Solid background in B2B environments, ideally within industries such as: Construction or Building Materials, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Other industrial B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated regional experience managing pricing initiatives across multiple countries or markets in Latin America.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic pricing recommendations.
• High level of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
