Cummins Inc. in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a shop-based operator to operate production equipment safely and meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Minimal or no prior experience is required, with on-site training provided. You will work closely with maintenance and production teams to ensure efficiency, perform routine housekeeping, and adhere to HSE policies.

Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with direct guidance.
