Valeo busca un Operador de Producción para su unidad de manufactura. El/la candidato/a realizará operaciones de producción, monitorizará calidad y mantendrá la estación en condiciones óptimas para asegurar la producción conforme a los plazos.

Además, colaborará en cambios de serie y mejoras de equipos, manteniendo normas de seguridad y 5S. Serán verificados los niveles de calidad y reportadas incidencias de forma adecuada.

Formación

• Operar una o más operaciones de producción cumpliendo estándares definidos.
• Realizar y reportar control de calidad en entradas y salidas de la máquina.
• Mantener orden y limpieza de la estación (5S) y cuidar la seguridad.
• Participar en cambios de serie y mejoras básicas de los equipos de producción.

Responsabilidades

• Mantener funcionamiento de instalaciones y equipos con mantenimiento básico (nivel 1).
• Producir y embalar, suministrar materiales a la estación y verificar conformidad de lotes.
• Informar anomalías al líder de equipo y registrar incidencias (QRAP).
• Participar en reuniones diarias y formaciones; colaborar en proyectos de mejora.

We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.****Ensure production while respecting quality and deadlines******Level 1*** Carry out one or more production operations, in compliance with defined standards, detect and report anomalies.* Clean and maintain machines as well as their workstation.* Complete production monitoring documents.* Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, checking their conformity.* Check and control quality at the entrance and exit of the machine and condition the parts. Isolate defective products and alert them by opening a QRAP.* Monitor the program and the smooth running of manufacturing while respecting safety, quality and productivity standards.**Level 2*** Participate/Perform series changes.* Carry out quality control operations requiring additional technical skills.* Ensure the proper functioning of your production tool**Level 1*** Check the operating and safety status of production installations and equipment.
