Responsibilities

• Operar montacargas y otros equipos de manejo de materiales de forma segura para mover mercancía paletizada.
• Cargar y descargar camiones y asegurar la carga correctamente.
• Transportar materiales dentro del almacén a áreas designadas.
• Colaborar con conteos cíclicos y rotación de stock.
• Mantener área de trabajo limpia y organizada cumpliendo normas de seguridad.
• Realizar revisiones rutinarias de los equipos y reportar mantenimientos.
• Apoyar con empaque, etiquetado y preparación de pedidos para envío.
• Apoyar al personal del almacén con tareas operativas generales.

Our client, a growing logistics and distribution company in Puebla, Puebla , is seeking a certified and reliable Operador de Montacargas y Asistente de Almacén to join their warehouse team. This role is essential for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials, as well as assisting with various warehouse duties. A strong commitment to safety protocols and a diligent work attitude are paramount for this position, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations in the Puebla distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move palletized goods.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement and securing of cargo.
• Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Perform routine checks on forklift equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Support other warehouse staff with general operational tasks as needed.

Requirements
