Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to perform advanced analytics on large datasets to support data-driven decisions and strategic business development.

Responsibilities include automating tasks with Power Automate and Power Apps, building data models and dashboards with SQL and Snowflake, and delivering insights for business performance reviews. Position requires five days in-office in the Monterrey area and fluent English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent English level.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and SQL workflows.
• Design and maintain data models, SQL queries, Snowflake integrations, and standardized reporting structures.
