Intuitive is seeking an IQC CMM Operator to perform dimensional and visual inspections of purchased parts and assemblies, using Zeiss CMM and Calypso software. You will report results to engineers, support First Article inspections, and ensure products meet specifications before manufacturing release.

Role requires GD&T knowledge, 2–3 years in quality, and proficiency with SAP/Microsoft Office; on-site in Mexicali with a strong safety culture and GMP adherence.

Formación

• High School completed or Technical studies.
• Languages: Spanish fluent.
• Microsoft Office, SAP, and Agile basics.
• Quality/inspection experience 2–3 years.
• GD&T knowledge and calibration familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Perform dimensional and visual inspections of purchased parts and assemblies.
• Operate Zeiss CMM and use hand tools for First Article inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports, document results, and communicate to engineers.
• Support IQC process with GD&T guidance and fixture checks.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and 5S and participate in safety activities.
