A leading home appliance company based in Monterrey, MX, is seeking a Manager, Quality Generalist to oversee supplier quality improvements and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in quality and manufacturing processes, strong leadership skills, and a Black Belt certification. This is a full-time, on-site position focusing on driving quality and performance improvements across the supply base.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in quality and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in manufacturing engineering-related fields with supplier quality.
• Knowledge of electronics process and controls is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a SQ&D team to improve KPIs and ensure successful NPI launches.
• Execute APQP requirements for New Product Introductions.
• Monitor and improve monthly supplier performance.
