Helpware in Guadalajara is seeking a Scheduling Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. You'll schedule appointments, answer questions, update records in the EHR, and connect patients with the right resources to ensure a smooth visit.

The role requires at least 6 months in customer service, advanced English (C1+), and on-site work in Guadalajara. The compensation includes 16,500 MXN gross per month plus an 8% Savings Fund, 1,000 MXN monthly food vouchers after two months, and

Formación

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare, medical office, or subscription-based support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Guadalajara.
