SKF Group in Puebla is seeking an Engineering Projects & Applications Intern to gain hands-on experience in a multinational manufacturing environment. The role focuses on supporting project tracking, tool development, and data analysis, with on-site duties and part-time flexibility for a 1-year term.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (7th semester+), have AutoCAD familiarity, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Enrolled in university (7th semester or above).
• Desirable knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, data analysis, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical, structural thinking, and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high attention to detail.
• Mandatory university medical insurance throughout the entire project.
• Ability to complete a 1-year part-time, on-site internship.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in an international manufacturing company.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project tracking: monitor milestones, timelines, and deliverables for key engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Support application development: participate in creating, testing, or optimizing internal tools and digital applications.
• Update technical designs: utilize AutoCAD or similar software to modify layouts, blueprints, or technical documentation.
• Analyze operational data: process project metrics and KPIs to generate reports for decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks and propose structured engineering solutions.
