Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an outstanding Staff Engineer to lead Networking board and system manufacturing at the Mexico plant. This on-site role coordinates Global Engineering with regional partners to enable successful NPI ramps, yield improvements, and scalable production for NVIDIA networking products.

You will be the on-site technical lead on the factory floor, ensuring readiness, issue resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, computer engineering or related field.
8+ years in Product/Manufacturing/Operations Engineering for NPI and high-volume production.

Responsibilities

Serve as on-site manufacturing technical lead for Networking products in Guadalajara, MX.
Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification, and transitions for ramp to mass production.
Provide hands-on factory support to resolve manufacturing issues quickly.
Lead root-cause analysis across manufacturing, yield, quality, reliability, and test.
Analyze manufacturing data, yield trends, and reliability metrics to drive actions.
Drive readiness reviews, benchmarks, and risk mitigation with CM partners.
Partner with multi-functional teams to improve DFM/DFT and process changes.
Provide technical leadership via dashboards and cross-team collaboration.
