Amazon’s On Site Medical Representative (OMR) will serve as the site’s medical representative for AMZL, providing first aid, safety analysis, workers’ compensation support, and a site wellness program on site in Mexico.

You will manage the AmCare room, maintain records, stock supplies, and train managers and associates, rotating shifts as needed. This role is on-site and non-remote, supporting occupational health and emergency care.

Formación

• CPR course completed
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree as Medical Doctor or in Nursing
• Spanish-language first-aid certifications (if applicable)

Responsabilidades

• Provide triage, first aid and/or referral to outside medical provider, if indicated
• Maintain all records of treatment given to associates
• Maintain first-aid kits, inventory supplies, restock and clean equipment used in the care of associates
• Train managers and associates
• Provide daily activity logs to leadership team
• Provide analysis of all incidents monthly
• Attend and speak at stand-up meetings
• Rotate shifts; this is not a remote position
