Como Capacitador(a) de Ventas en Campo, serás responsable de asegurar que el contenido de capacitación se aplique de manera efectiva en escenarios de venta reales. A través de la observación directa en campo, el coaching práctico y sesiones de refuerzo personalizadas, cerrarás la brecha entre la capacitación y el desempeño. Colaborarás estrechamente con los líderes comerciales y el equipo de Capacitación de Ventas para detectar necesidades, reforzar comportamientos y adaptar las estrategias de aprendizaje a las realidades del campo.
