Clarios, a global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies, is seeking a Medical Services Coordinator for our Mexico plant. The role focuses on protecting and promoting employee health through occupational health programs and medical service coordination.

You will coordinate medical services, oversee health surveillance and regulatory compliance, and drive health and safety improvements. Advanced English is required; the position is onsite in Nuevo León.

Formación

• MD or equivalent medical degree with licensure.
• Experience in occupational health in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of health regulations and compliance.
• Experience leading health surveillance programs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and provide medical services to plant employees.
• Manage occupational health surveillance programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Oversee periodic medical examinations and employee health assessments.
• Ensure effective medical response and follow-up for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs.
• Monitor and analyze health indicators to drive improvement.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
• Deliver training on occupational health and prevention programs.
