Envista is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional in Baja California for end-to-end material handling in support of production. You will receive, store, and ship materials, maintain accurate records, and keep the warehouse organized to meet production timelines.

The role requires attention to detail in inventory control, use of WMS, and coordination with suppliers in Mexico and the U.S. The position is based in Mexicali with on-site work support.

Job Description:

Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control. Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment. Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area. Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfillment administration and processes.

Job Requirements:

• Receive materials from local and United States suppliers.


• Is responsible for storing, supplying and delivering the materials necessary for production, as well as receiving material returns for stock, waste and preparing shipments.


• Registration of materials in controlled formats (orders filled, returns, material delivery, waste list, transfers, etc.).


• Verify the stocks of the materials purchased by the warehouse and prepare the purchase requisition previously authorized by the supervisor (packaging materials, gases, containers, etc.).


• Maintains the waste room, filling out logs, as well as proper storage of hazardous materials.


• Keeps the warehouse area clean and well organized.
