Job summary

Goaltech Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join our team as a Junior NX CAD Engineer intern in Chihuahua. You will create 2D drawings and 3D models using NX CAD, interpret technical drawings, and apply GD&T standards while collaborating with designers, engineers, and project leaders.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Siemens NX on real-world industrial projects, including filtration systems and HVAC components.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Chihuahua.
• Very strong English skills (spoken and written) to communicate with clients in the U.S.
• Experience with CAD software (NX preferred; SolidWorks or other CAD tools acceptable).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills; able to learn independently.

Responsibilities

• Create 2D drawings and 3D models using NX CAD.
• Interpret technical drawings and apply views, sections, tolerances, and specifications.
• Apply GD&T standards to generated drawings.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project leaders.
• Develop CAD models for filtration systems, HVAC, and industrial structures.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
