Médicos Sin Fronteras en México A.C. seeks a Nursing Activity Manager to define, coordinate and monitor all care and nursing activities in international humanitarian projects, ensuring efficient management of nursing staff per MSF protocols and patient safety standards.

You will plan and organize nursing activities (IPD, OPD, maternity, nutrition), supervise protocols, budgeting, and collaboration with pharmacists, HR and logistics to guarantee quality care and timely responses.

Formación

• Essential nursing diploma for general or specialized health services (Bachelor in nursing is desirable).
• Desirable tropical medicine diploma.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize all nursing-related activities (IPD, OPD, maternity, nutrition) and help define annual planning and budget.
• Coordinate and supervise implementation of legal therapeutic protocols and standards to ensure quality and confidentiality of care.
• Supervise nutritional activities to ensure therapeutic food quality and quantity.
• Ensure proper use of administrative procedures and data management tools for patient records and discharge papers.
• Supervise pharmacy activities, stock control, and preparation of new orders cooperating with the Pharmacist and Medco.
• Coordinate with biomedical services to monitor medical devices and anticipate future needs.
• Collaborate with HR to plan recruitment, training, evaluation and nursing staff development, including PTE.
• Report to line manager and participate in monthly reports.
