Job summary

DRÄXLMAIER Group busca un/a ingeniero/a de producción para dirigir y coordinar proyectos de subproducción. Se trabajará con gestión de proyectos, supervisores y proveedores para planificar y ejecutar planes de costo y procesos desde la industrialización hasta la transferencia a producción en serie.

El candidato debe tener formación en Producción/Ingeniería, experiencia 3–5 años en cableado/enchufes y Lean manufacturing, además de nivel de inglés intermedio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor´s Degree in Production / Engineering.
• Expert knowledge of manufacturing harnesses 3 - 5 years.
• Projects process planning 3 - 5 years.
• Lean Manufacturing < 2 years.
• Troubleshooting tools knowledge.
• English intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and control subprojects, in cooperation with project management and after approval by supervisor.
• Develop, monitor and coordinate project plans with project leaders/supervisors.
• Develop and coordinate subprojects cost planning; monitor compliance and counteract deviations.
• Reach subproject goals with regard to production-relevant topics (e.g. plan processes in the industrialization phase).
• Implement change requests by internal and external customers, analyze cost effects with project management/supervisors.
• Support in supplier selection and in the creation/signing of task interface agreements with suppliers.
• Prepare to transfer a project to series production and provide series support as contact for product-specific issues.
• Lead and motivate associates who report to him/her in the project organization.
• Assure sub-production up through transfer to series production.

Objective of Job:

Principle Activities

• Develop, monitor and coordinate project plans with project leaders / supervisors
• Develop and coordinate subprojects cost planning; monitor compliance and take countermeasures in caseof deviations.
• Reach subproject goals with regard to production-relevant topics (e.g. plan processes in theindustrialization phase, etc.)
• Implement change request by internal and external customers, analyze and evaluate cost effects incooperation with project management and supervisors
• Support in supplier selection and in the creation / signing of task interface agreements with suppliers, andprovide support in make-or-buy decisions.
• Prepare to transfer a project to series production and provide series support as contact person forproduct- specific issues.
• Lead and motivate associates who report to him/her in the project organization.
