Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Dirigir y desarrollar a los ingenieros de procesos de ensamblaje, cableado y moldeo.
• Proporcionar liderazgo técnico en desarrollo de productos y transferencia de líneas.
• Colaborar con desarrollo de producto, diseño de fixtures y pruebas.
• Aplicar consistentemente DFM/DFA para mejorar manufacturabilidad y costo.
• Revisar aprobaciones de definiciones, validaciones y listas de transferencia.
• Guiar la resolución de problemas y acciones correctivas en procesos.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop the Senior Process Engineer, Cable Assembly Engineer, Molding/Overmolding Process Engineer, and Assembly Process Engineer
• Provide technical and execution leadership across product development NPl, line transfer, and sustaining manufacturing
• Ensure Strong collaboration with Product Development, Fixture Design, and Test engineering teams
• Drive consistent application of DFM and OFA to improve manufacturability. quatity, cost, scalability
• Review and approve definitions, validations, and line-transfer readiness
• Lead issue escalation, rootcause analysis. and corrective actions for process-related producticn issues
• Balance resources, priorities. and execution across multiple products and process technolagies
• Coach and mentor engineers on technical depth, problem solving and shop-floor execution
• Scope & Authority
• Ownership of process engineering execution across assembly, cable assembly. and molding/overmolding technolagies
• Authority to prioritize work. assign resources. and approve prccess solutions within defined design and manufacturing boundaries
• Authority to provide consoldated DFM/DFA input to Product Development and Engineering leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Or Manufacturing Engineering
• + 10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering (connectors or cable assemblies preferred) 8+ years Demonstrated supervisory or people-management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly. cable assembly, and molding/overmolding processes preferred
• Proven ability kad cross-functional teams and drive execubon through influence.
