What you will do?

Optimize supply chain resources, aiming to achieve the proposed service and inventory levels, generating efficient, tactical, and organized manufacturing plans within a defined timeframe.

How you will do it?

• Develop a weekly production plan for finished products and/or subassemblies that meets proposed inventory and service levels, balancing capacity, inventory, and available resources.
• Balance demand generated by sales orders to meet agreed shipping dates.
• Analyze and resolve the production plan, review and modify it when changes are required.
• Review and maintain planning parameters such as lead time, order interval, and lot size for all products planned through MPS.
• Prepare information and data required for the MPS meeting for the different product families.
• Participate in weekly supply/demand meetings, daily production meetings, and Gemba walks.
• Present reports and information required by management.
• Act as Punta Estrella Guide within the High-Performance Teams system.
• Prepare sales orders for finished products and components.
• Comply with Tyco’s Safety, Health, and Environmental Standards and Safety Commitment.
• Comply with Management Systems.
• Comply with the ISO 9001 Management System.

What are we looking for?

• Industrial Engineer, Bachelor’s in Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials, 3 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain, MRP, MPS, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Management Systems.
• Knowledge of the ISO 9001 Management System.
