Turner & Townsend in Mexico City is seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to provide on-site guidance to construction teams during nighttime operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and maintaining a safe work environment across night shifts.

You will lead HS&E activities, conduct risk assessments and audits, drive incident investigations, and align policies with client expectations while supporting change management in a fast-paced after-hours setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or an HS&E-related field.
• Certified Health and Safety Professional per Mexican regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HS&E experience in industrial/construction settings.
• Ability to work night shifts and lead HS&E teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver expert support to project teams with emphasis on nighttime compliance, risk assessments, audits, and labor authority responses.
• Lead safety committee workstreams, incident investigations, contingency planning, and night-shift adaptations.
• Plan, implement, and oversee HS&E work systems for night-shift activities in line with client and regulatory guidelines.
• Support accurate reporting of Health and Safety statistics across night-shift operations.
• Assist change-management processes in a fast-paced, after-hours environment.
• Implement and improve global safety policies aligned with local nighttime legislation.
• Maintain professional competence to meet evolving client expectations.
• Provide flexibility to manage safety oversight across the region during night hours.
