BairesDev is seeking a NetSuite Technical Lead to architect and oversee ERP configurations, customizations, and integrations for enterprise environments. You will mentor junior developers and provide technical direction across multiple teams while translating business needs into technical specs.

Formación

• 5+ years in ERP consulting, NetSuite administration, or technical leadership.
• Expertise in NetSuite ERP configuration, development, and architecture.
• Hands-on SuiteScript and system integrations experience.
• Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring juniors.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee the configuration and customization of NetSuite ERP environments.
• Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship to junior staff.
• Design high-quality system integrations and automate workflows using NetSuite tools.
• Translate operational needs into technical specifications with stakeholders.
• Drive QA by establishing best practices for testing, docs, and training.
