Job summary
BairesDev is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to bridge business needs with ERP configurations in a SOX-compliant setting. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.
In this role, you’ll interface with compliance and translate business needs into clear documentation to support ERP delivery quality. This is a remote opportunity with global impact and strong English requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with ERP implementations.
- Experience in a public company environment with SOX compliance knowledge.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Background in business process analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across the organization.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for alignment with NetSuite configurations.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with the compliance team to ensure SOX requirements are reflected in process documentation.
- Support ERP implementation efforts by translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
