A leading logistics company in Xico, Veracruz is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage international shipments and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and possess 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, validating invoices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
• Track and update ETA status daily in internal management systems.
• Align delivery schedules with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.
• Review and validate logistics invoices; ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of freight and logistics costs.
• Support cost analysis initiatives and provide insights to optimize logistics expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations Commercial.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs requirements, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or supply chain roles.
• Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and transportation modes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP / WMS systems preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Solid communication and coordination skills.

Advanced English is a must.
