Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a National Operations Coordinator for Cleaning Services to lead dispersed teams remotely and standardize cleaning protocols nationwide. The role focuses on optimizing operations, leveraging technology, and maintaining high service quality across all locations from a home-based office.

You will drive best practices, train regional supervisors, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations management, 5+ years in large-scale cleaning/janitorial services.
• Experience leading dispersed remote teams.
• Proven ability to standardize operational procedures.
• Knowledge of cleaning tech, sanitation best practices, and health & safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent remote communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce national cleaning standards and best practices across all locations.
• Guide regional cleaning supervisors and ensure teams meet performance goals.
• Use remote monitoring tools to track performance and drive improvements.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies nationwide.
• Conduct virtual site audits and performance reviews.
• Develop remote training programs for staff and supervisors.
