The Big Job Site is seeking a meticulous and proactive logistics specialist to manage the global transport of perishable foods in a fully remote role. You will oversee cold chain integrity, coordinate with carriers, and ensure compliance with international regulations to maintain product freshness and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in cold chain logistics, strong knowledge of incoterms and customs, and proficiency with ERP systems and tracking technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, with a focus on perishable goods and cold chain.
• In-depth knowledge of international shipping regulations, incoterms, and customs procedures.
• Experience managing multi-modal transport networks (sea, air, land).
• Proficiency with logistics management software and ERP systems, plus tracking technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
