Formación

Job Summary

Allergan Aesthetics Mexico is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Multichannel Manager to join our Marketing team. This critical role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing innovative multichannel marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement across both digital and traditional platforms. The Senior Multichannel Manager will act as a key leader in the integration of our brand strategy, providing expertise across multiple channels to enhance customer and consumer experiences while ensuring alignment with Allergan's broader global and regional objectives. This individual will bring deep expertise in digital marketing, multichannel communication, and the pharmaceutical industry, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional brand experiences. The role demands a self-driven, strategic thinker capable of navigating a complex ecosystem to achieve tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multichannel Strategy Development & Execution
    • Develop and implement a long-term digital and technological omnichannel vision and consumer strategy across Allergan's diverse portfolio of products, based on consumer insights and behavior.
    • Collaborate with global and regional teams to define and execute the digital portfolio strategy for Allergan Medical Aesthetics in Mexico, including social media, websites, and content development.
    • Lead the creation of seamless digital customer journeys for patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and consumers.
    • Drive customer engagement through tailored multichannel solutions, optimizing the full potential of both existing and new digital platforms to boost brand awareness and conversion.
    • Oversee and manage relationships with digital agencies and technology partners to ensure effective implementation of the digital strategy.
  • Project Management & Custom Solutions
    • Define and implement focused initiatives to improve customer engagement, brand awareness, and market penetration through digital and multichannel efforts.
    • Identify growth opportunities for the business and lead special projects to differentiate Allergan Aesthetics in the marketplace.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AMI, Digital, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams to develop customized solutions that comply with legal and regulatory standards while meeting business objectives.
    • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Data, Analytics, and Optimization
    • Track and report on the performance of multichannel campaigns, utilizing analytics to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
    • Use data and insights to refine customer journeys and marketing tactics, ensuring all channels are optimized for maximum impact.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree and related digital marketing specialized studies is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing or multichannel marketing role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and channel strategy (experience with CRM platforms like Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Campaign is a must).
  • Experience working with medical aesthetics, dermatology, or beauty brands is highly desirable.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time, within budget and self-driven attitude.
