BIC World in Cuautitlán, MX seeks a Mold Setter to assemble and disassemble plastic injection molds, and to perform routine maintenance on cooling systems and presses. You will support the plastics engineering and production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Knowledge of assembly tooling and jig usage.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of molds.
• Safety standards and industrial best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Execute mold assembly and disassembly according to preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mold cooling systems on machinery.
• Carry out TPM level 1 on plastic injection machines and molds.
• Provide support to plastics engineering and production areas.

El Montador de moldes es el responsable de ejecutar el montaje (puesta a punto), desmontaje y TPM nivel uno a los moldes de inyección de plástico de toda la planta.

Escolaridad:

Bachillerato, Carrera Técnica

Conocimientos:

• Conocimientos de tornillería, conexiones hidraúlicas, neumáticas y métodos de sujeción.
• Conocimiento en Seguridad industrial, y estándares Internacionales. Seguimiento de Instructivos.

Responsabilidades clave:

• Ejecutar el montaje y desmontaje de moldes de acuerdo a programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Ejecuta el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a sistemas de refrigeración de moldes en máquina.
• Ejecuta el TPM nivel 1 a máquinas y moldes de inyección de plástico.
• Dar soporte a ingeniería del Plástico y áreas productivas.
