Baxter International Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to handle loading, unloading, and storage in our warehouse in Mexico. The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities include inventory management, material transactions, and adherence to safety and shift schedules. Commitment to accuracy and efficiency is essential for supporting Baxter's supply chain operations.

Formación

• 1–3 years in forklift operation (Peacer, Double Reach, Pallet Jack, Order Picker).
• Forklift operator, standing position.
• Diploma, license or certificate for forklift operation (DC3).
• Control of inbound and outbound materials and products.
• Experience using information technology tools (preferably WMS/ERP).
• Availability for shifts.
• Secondary school or high school completed.

Responsabilidades

• Know all processes of picking, warehousing, distribution, inventory and transactions (supply of indirect materials, receiving, sorting, and coding).
• Ensure accurate handling of material movements and inventory accuracy.

Tu Rol en Baxter

• Conocer todos los procesos de surtido , almacenaje , distribución , inventario y transacciones ( suministro de materiales indirectos recibiéndolos , clasificándolos , codificándolos ). .

Requisitos

• 1 año a 3 años en manejo de Montacargas Peacer, Doble Reach, Patineta y Order Picker.
• Montacarguista Hombre parado.
• Diploma, licencia o Certificado de manejo de Montarcargas DC3 .
• Control de entradas y salidas de materiales y productos.
• Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de tecnología de información. (Preferentemente WMS /ERP).
• Disponibilidad de Turnos.
• Secundaria o Prepa Terminada.
