AUMOVIO seeks a qualified engineer to coordinate the design, manufacture and operation of injection molds in our production environment in Mexico. You will oversee tooling projects and ensure ergonomic, reliable molds for efficient manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering or sciences, 2+ years in automotive related functions, and proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, plus strong English. This role emphasizes tool development, qualification, and supplier collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences.
• 2+ years experience in the automotive industry in a related function.
• Strong CAD skills: SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise design, manufacture, and operation of injection molds.
• Monitor and develop suppliers to obtain reliable ergonomic molds for production.

Job Description

• Coordinate and supervise the design, manufacture and operation of injection molds, as well as the monitoring and development of suppliers in order to obtain reliable ergonomic molds for good production performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Sciences (or related)
• Intermediate - Advanced English
• Experience:
  • In the automotive industry in related function (2+ years)
  • Engineering resins with Glass fiberPA6.6 PA612, PPS & TPU
• Knowledge:
  • CAD engineering software skills (SolidWorks & AutoCAD)
  • Plastic injection mold knowledge and development
  • Injection Mold tool standardization
  • Injection Mold tool industrialization
  • Injection Mold tool qualification &Dimensional correction analysis
  • Core tools
  • GD&T interpretation
