Lead and manage a team of test engineers providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful test planning and execution- and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

At least 5 years of experience in test engineering with a focus on technical leadership- Strong knowledge of Scrum Kanban and Agile principlesFlexible and comfortable with working in constantly changing environmentsEmbrace a culture of trust and complete transparencyDedication to the "automate everything" principlePassionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologiesStrong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript TypeScript

• Python or JavaExperience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium Appium JUnit PyUnit or CucumberExpertise in test automation including automation framework design and developmentKnowledge of CI / CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI / CD or CircleCIExperience with cloud-based testing platforms and services such as AWS Device Farm or Google Cloud Test Lab
