Job summary

TE Connectivity in TIJUANA, Baja California, Mexico is seeking a Junior Plant Controller to support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis within a manufacturing environment. This role provides growth into a Controller career and exposure to global finance operations.

You will collaborate with Shared Service teams across regions, perform financial reporting, variance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Cost Accounting, or Controlling.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, or month-end close activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities
