Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a qualified Manufacturing Associate to operate production equipment in a regulated environment, ensuring product quality, safety and compliance across assembly lines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply process validation, tooling design and ramp‑up concepts to support cable and electronics assembly projects, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Typically 1–2 years of related experience and high school or vocational training are preferred.

• Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
• Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
