Job Description: Graduate Program for Women Engineers

Location: Multiple Locations in Mexico

Employment Type: Full-Time, Graduate Program

Program Duration: 24 months

About the Program

At Opmobility, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in engineering. Our Graduate Program for Engineers is designed to provide talented female graduates with the opportunity to develop their technical and leadership skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a participant, you will gain hands-on experience in key engineering functions, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and work on cutting-edge projects that shape the future of technology and innovation.

During the program, you will rotate through 4 engineering disciplines, which will include:

• Manufacturing & Production: Optimize production processes, quality control, and automation systems.
• Sustainability & Energy Efficiency: Work on projects related to green energy, carbon footprint reduction, and sustainable engineering solutions.
• Digital & Smart Technologies: Develop expertise in AI, IoT, and automation for modern industrial applications.
• Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency.

You will have opportunities to:

Recent graduates (or final-year students) with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, etc.) or equivalent

Collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in diverse teams.

Fluency in English (+ a local languages are a plus).
