The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Events has a strategic role focused on driving growth and expanding the organization’s presence within the events industry. Reporting to Senior BDM Mex and LATAM, the BDM will lead the initiatives to create, promote, and execute various types of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and special engagements.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the events sector to achieve revenue and market share goals.
The BDM role is the combination of practical experience, technical skills, and interpersonal traits will cover:
Experience in Event Management: Proven track record in organizing and managing successful events, including corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Strong Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities and close sales, coupled with experience in creating and implementing sales strategies tailored for the events sector.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels.
