PayJoy, Inc is seeking a Merchant Operations Analyst to design and execute commercial strategies focused on value offers, client performance and lifecycle. You will coordinate with product, risk and marketing teams to drive initiatives and improve customer outcomes.

The role requires strong Excel/Sheets skills, advanced English, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-volume fintech environment, with hybrid work in Mexico City.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in fintech, consumer goods, or high‑volume commercial environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with clear, concise communication.
• 0–2 years of experience in analysis, operations, consulting, or related roles.
• Availability to work hybrid in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial initiatives focusing on value offer, client performance, and lifecycle.
• Coordinate with product, risk, and marketing teams to drive strategies.
• Create and monitor benchmarks of commercial efforts and value propositions.
• Build and maintain reports and analyses to support decision making.
• Develop SLA, pricing, and benefit improvements for Mexico market segments.
